Home        Gallery        Weaving        & Dyeing        Enquiries	I started to weave when I was in primary school and my love of textiles and texture just continued to grow! I am inspired by colour, texture and landscape. I have been tapestry weaving for many years and love the flexibility of this exciting medium. My work has been exhibited in the UK ; Europe; USA; China and Australia. In my weaving I use mainly natural fibres and I also spin my own playing with colour and texture inspired by the many silk/linen/cotton fibres now available. I specialise in using dyes from fungi which I find in Scotland. These dyes produce the vivid colours reds,oranges, purples and shades inbetween. I live in Balerno near Edinburgh, Scotland .
